Chocolate Delight is the perfect make ahead crowd pleasing dessert. The cool and creamy layers combined with the cookie crunch makes each mouthful the perfect bite. It's important to give each layer a few minutes to set up in the fridge before adding the next if you want a nice clean layered look to your dessert. I made this with gluten free Oreos and no one knew the difference.

- Step 2 Set aside ¾ cup of crushed Oreos for the topping.
- Step 3 Stir the remaining Oreo crumbs with the ½ cup melted butter, then press into an even layer in the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
- Step 4 Refrigerate to chill.
- Step 5 With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, 8 ounces of the Cool Whip, and the powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust layer and refrigerate to chill.
- Step 6 Make both puddings according to the package.
- Step 7 Spread vanilla pudding over the cream cheese layer. Chill.
