Cinnamon Espresso Hot Chocolate

            This hot chocolate is smooth and rich. If you wish to add a bit of heat to it simply add a pinch of cayenne to your mug.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
 - 2 cups half and half
 - 4 oz milk chocolate - chopped
 - 1 oz dark Mexican chocolate - chopped
 - 1 shot espresso or 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
 - Cinnamon
 - Fresh Whipped Cream
 - Cinnamon candies
 
Directions
- Step 1 Heat milk and half and half over medium heat.
 - Step 2 Add chocolate.
 - Step 3 Stir until melted and and incorporated into milk mixture.
 - Step 4 Ladle into mug.
 - Step 5 Add shot of espresso or instant espresso powder.
 - Step 6 Stir.
 - Step 7 Top with fresh whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few cinnamon candies.
 - Step 8 *For adult mug – add a shot of Kahlua*
