Once you make the dough the hardest part is waiting for it to rise. This homemade deep dish pizza in a cast iron pan is super easy and can be made with homemade sauce or your favorite good quality jar sauce. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings or be a purest and enjoy sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.
