Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

These banana oatmeal pancakes are so simple to make and super healthy too. You can add berries, chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut to change up the flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Step 1 In a blender combine bananas, eggs, oats and vanilla. Blend on high until incorporated.
- Step 2 Heat skillet on medium heat.
- Step 3 Pour1/3 cup of batter into pan. Cook until you see little bubbles start to form around edge and are golden brown. Flip pancake.
- Step 4 Repeat.
- Step 5 Enjoy topped with real maple syrup and bananas.
- Step 6 They are also great with peanut butter and a few mini chocolate chips on top.
