Marinated Pork Tenderloins with Onions

This pork tenderloin dish is quick and easy. Super juicy, tender & delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 medium Vidalia onions - thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
Directions
- Step 1 Place pork tenderloins in a baking dish.
- Step 2 Mix molasses, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ketchup together.
- Step 3 Pour mixture over pork.
- Step 4 Spread sliced onions over the pork.
- Step 5 Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 – 2 hours until onions are soft and pan is full of juice.
- Step 6 Half way through cooking, flip tenderloins over and pour juice from pan over the meat.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
