Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

This five minute homemade pumpkin spice cold foam is rich, dreamy, and tastes like pure autumn in a glass. Depending on how much sweet you like your coffee this recipe may last you three or four servings.
Ingredients
- Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- Cold Foam:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup whole milk
Directions
- Step 1 Over medium heat, combine water and light brown sugar in a saucepan.
- Step 2 Add pumpkin puree and whisk together.
- Step 3 Add spices.
- Step 4 Bring to a quick boil while whisking.
- Step 5 Remove from heat.
- Step 6 Add vanilla.
- Step 7 Let cool.
- Step 8 Once cooled in a mixing bowl add heavy cream, milk, and simple syrup. (You choose how sweet you like your cold foam and add the amount of simple syrup to your liking).
- Step 9 Once cold foam is made, store and use when you want to make an individual serving.
- Step 10 Froth cold foam.
- Step 11 Pour over iced coffee.
- Step 12 Add cold foam.
- Step 13 (This may be used for hot coffee as well)
