There’s no right or wrong way to do it, just have fun picking out a few of your favorite cheeses and and a couple new ones that you can try together. I played with color – adding shades of reds and pink to make it festive. Why not use a cookie cutter like I did and cut heart shapes to your cheese array? It’s those little details that will make your sweetheart feel like you took the extra time to make them feel special. Pair this with your favorite wine or non-alcoholic sparkling drink and you will have a beautiful treat for your Valentine!
