Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

After pumpkin carving don't throw away those guts! Sort through and save the seeds for a crunchy snack. The most challenging part of this recipe is sorting out the seeds. Put on a good podcast and time flies! This is the basic recipe for roasted pumpkin seeds however, parmesan, garlic powder, or dry ranch seasoning are great savory options.

Ingredients
- Rinsed pumpkin seeds
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
Directions
- Step 1 Sort and rinse pumpkin seeds
- Step 2 Air dry on a clean kitchen towel
- Step 3 Place pumpkin seeds on baking sheet
- Step 4 Drizzle olive oil and kosher salt on seeds and toss
- Step 5 Make sure seeds are a single layer on baking sheet
- Step 6 Roast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes
- Step 7 Toss halfway
- Step 8 Taste and add seasoning to your liking
