These elegant appetizers are an excellent addition to any gathering. Your guest will relish these sophisticated hors d'oeuvres that you can make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
- 6 oz lox (smoked salmon) cut into bite size pieces
- Sour cream
- Horseradish sauce
- Lemon
- Kosher salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Pumpernickel Bread - sliced into bite size pieces and slightly toasted
- Fresh Dill
Directions
- Step 1 The base for your sauce is made from sour cream and horseradish sauce. It is up to you how strong a flavor you like as horseradish has a strong taste. Remember it is should balance out the salmon not over power it.
- Step 2 Add a squeeze of lemon to sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 3 Take sliced and slightly toasted pumpernickel bread and spread sauce on top.
- Step 4 Place smoked salmon on top of sauce and add a sprig of fresh dill.
